Description: tool for horizontal cutting is a steel construction consisting of horizontal frame with movable tilted working table and vertical frame with nichrome wires. Regulating of wire heating temperature of is fulfilled with the help of high powered tiristor current regulator.
Appointment: tool allows to fulfill cross-section (in horizontal flatness) of formed polyfoam block to sheets of necessary thickness by thermal cutting.
Principe of work: process of cutting is fulfilled by moving of block along horizontal frame through vertical cutting frame.
Modernization: tiristor current regulating of temperature provides equal giving of cut block. It saves electricity by absence of power to some wires.
Process of cutting is fulfilled by moving of block on moving frame through heated nichrome wires. Moving down occurs under its own weight. Regulating of slopping allows to cut polyfoam blocs of different thickness.
